Who we are

MSRA Navigator is made by Medexia Ltd, which is the data controller for the information described here. Contact: support@medexia-msra.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the waiting list form, and a record of your consent:

• your email address;
• when you are sitting the exam, if you tell us;
• how you heard about us, if you tell us;
• the campaign tags on the link that brought you here, if there were any (for example which post or advert);
• the wording you agreed to, and when you agreed;
• when you confirmed your email, and when you unsubscribed if you do.

We do not store your IP address in the waiting list. We set no cookies and run no advertising trackers on this site. Do not send us patient information; we never ask for it.

Counting visits

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits and two events: that the waiting list form was submitted, and that a sample question was answered (which question in the set, not your answer or whether it was right). It uses no cookies, does not identify you or follow you across other sites, and its reports are aggregated totals.

Why, and our lawful basis

We use your details to send you a confirmation email, to tell you about MSRA Navigator and early access, and to count the first 100 confirmed places. Your answers about your sitting and how you heard about us help us plan the launch. Our lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the box that reads: “Email me about MSRA Navigator and early access. Unsubscribe anytime.”

You can withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by emailing support@medexia-msra.com.

Who processes it for us

• Vercel hosts the site and provides the visit counts described above. Its servers handle your request, including your IP address, to deliver the page and keep the service secure. Our server functions run in London.
• Neon stores the waiting list database in London (AWS Europe, London).
• Resend sends our emails from Ireland (EU), and records whether an email was delivered.

These companies act on our instructions. They are based in the United States, so some processing may take place outside the UK under their standard data-protection terms and the safeguards UK law requires. We do not sell your details or share them with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. If you unsubscribe we keep your email address with a note that you unsubscribed, so that we do not email you again; ask and we will delete it entirely. We review the list at least once a year and delete what we no longer need.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email support@medexia-msra.com and we will act within one month. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes

If the product or this notice changes in a way that matters, we will update this page and, where it affects you, tell you by email. When MSRA Navigator itself opens it will have its own privacy notice.
